How long does it take to build a pool?
It depends on size, design and site conditions. We set out a clear schedule in the quotation and report progress every week.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. The scope and period of the warranty for structure and systems are stated in each project contract. After handover we also offer monthly and yearly pool care.
How are payments made?
In instalments tied to actual progress on site. The number of instalments and terms are set out in the contract, and you can inspect the work before each payment.
How accurate is the online estimate?
It is a preliminary price to help you plan a budget. The final price is confirmed after a site survey and design review and may be higher or lower depending on materials and site conditions.
Do I need a building permit?
New buildings and some extensions need a permit from the local authority. We can prepare the design and drawings for the application.
Which areas do you cover?
Our head office is in Chiang Mai. Past projects include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Tak, Suphan Buri and Chai Nat. Ask us about other areas.
Can I choose my own materials?
Yes. You choose tiles, filtration, sanitising systems and other elements. We present options with pros, cons and prices to compare.

- 60–150 km: survey fee 1,500 THB
- 150–300 km: survey fee 3,000 THB
- Beyond 300 km: cost quoted before booking
- The survey fee is credited to the job if you sign within 60 days
